Contact us
Extract Emails From Text is operated by Neurohain. Email is the only support channel — there is no phone queue and no chatbot, and messages are answered by the people who build the tool. We aim to reply within two working days.
Email address
info@neurohain.comGoverning jurisdiction for the service is Germany. Postal correspondence regarding legal or regulatory matters can be requested at the address above and will be provided on request.
What to include
A little context up front usually saves a round trip. Here is what helps for each kind of message.
Something did not extract correctly
An address the parser missed, or something that came out with punctuation attached. Include a short sample of the text that caused it — twenty characters either side is usually enough — and tell us which browser you were using. These are the reports we act on fastest, because a reproducible sample turns into a test case.
Billing and Pro access
Pro exports not unlocking, a card charged twice, a refund inside the 14-day window, or a receipt you need reissued. Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date. Note that Pro access is stored in your own browser, so it will not follow you to a different device or survive clearing site data.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, erasure or objection requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD or an equivalent regime. Because the extractor processes your pasted text entirely on your device, we hold no record of it — but if you have purchased Pro, we can address the payment records held by our processor.
Everything else
Feature requests, a source format you would like handled, corrections to the guides, partnership enquiries, or press questions. Corrections to the guides are genuinely welcome; if something in them is wrong or out of date, we would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
Before you write
A few questions come up often enough that the answer is already published:
- Frequently asked questions — limits, filters, privacy and the difference between the free and Pro tiers.
- What counts as a valid email address — if you think an address was wrongly skipped, this often explains why.
- Privacy policy — what is and is not stored, and where.
- Terms of service — refunds, acceptable use and the limits of what the tool warrants.
Please do not send us lists of personal data. We do not need them to diagnose a problem — a short, anonymised sample of the text pattern is always enough, and sending real contact data to a third party you are asking for support is exactly the practice this tool exists to avoid.
